I see the device on the iPhone 6s Text Message Forwarding option page, but when I try and send a code to the iPhone 5, no such code pops up on the device (which is wifi connected and visible in iCloud).

In each country, a short code has a different service running on it, so a service that is supported on 55555 in the U.S. The only limiting factor is that for some reason I cant seem to get it to work on my no-service iPhone 5.
